Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at macabreparfums@gmail.ch. We may request supporting evidence (such as photographs) to substantiate the reason for the return.

For both returns and disputes, please ensure you contact us before sending any items back. Returns or claims submitted without prior contact and without following the established procedure will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer; however, we reserve the right to determine when this condition may vary.

We will review each case individually to determine the best solution.
